The carpet (of pollution) is around three feet to four feet and that is the height of most of the children. And they are heavy particles, they don’t go easily into the atmosphere so children are affected more as compared to the adults. Vehicular fumes, are too many in Delhi… The green belt is also gradually reducing because of the number of apartments that are being added everyday.
